SQL01 performance issue
The issue was routing, but it was due to the need to increase inbound request limits for routing. It was set at 100,000 requests concurrently.
With the recent influx of larger enterprise clients with sizable member bases, we have seen a sharp increase in traffic requests from the membership base of clients.
