To clarify, for all of our clients who are served by our Australian, Singapore and North America DataCentres - this critical incident did not affect your system. It was only affecting our European and Pre-Prod DataCentres.

To all of our clients served by our European DataCentre, we offer sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
