Information notice Thursday (12th) Release Cycle moved to Monday Feb 16th
[Information]

To ensure a smooth deployment, for this week only, we have adjusted the schedule for our upcoming release.

For clients on our Thursday release cycle, the software update originally planned for the morning of February 12th will now take place on Monday morning, February 16th. This is a routine update and will not impact your current experience. While this slightly shifts the arrival of new features, it ensures everything is optimized before it reaches your environment.

Information notice Infrastructure Enhancement in Progress
[Update]

Maintenance on the Reports Module was successfully finalized at 20:50 CET. While the ability to generate new reports was restored earlier, the repository containing historical report generations remained offline to perform necessary upgrades.

This process is now complete, and access to all past reports has been fully restored. The reporting module is now operating at 100% functionality. We appreciate your patience while we performed these essential measures.

Information notice AWS outage affecting our Critical Phone Hotline
[Information]

We are currently being impacted by the global issues originating in a global AWS (Amazon Web Services) outage. Fortunately, our core applications are not being affected by this directly, at this time. However, our emergency phone line for reporting critical cases (powered by Talkdesk) has been experiencing disruptions. We have no direct influence over the issue, but we are monitoring the situation closely.
